Job Description

Drylining Site Manager - Highly Reputable Interiors Contractor - LondonCompany:Currently a highly reputable client of ours is looking for either a drylining site or project manager to join their team in Central London. They regularly deliver high quality drylining packages with excellent finish in order to keep current clients alongwith enticing new ones in through positive feedback.They offer a wide range of services within the interiors market from ceilings & partitions to plastering & rendering with this usually being for the commercial & residential sectors plus one off projects all being located in central London area.Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Manage teams of up to 100 operatives.
  • History of managing projects that return a good profit margin.
  • Quality checks using such systems as fieldview or paper based systems with evidence to prove correctness.
  • Ability to follow programmes and create lookahead programmes.
  • Communicate effectively with commercial teams.
  • Carry out risk assessments and communicate with H&S requirements to operatives and site staff in a manner they can follow.
  • Organise works on site in terms of labour and materials.
  • Work out what materials are required to complete works and what operatives are required and put them to work by giving them the materials and all required information.
Requirements:
  • Ideally you would currently be working for a drylining contractor managing similar projects.
  • 5+ years previous experience as a site manager.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, including direct contact with our clients.
Salary:They are offering an extremely attractive salary for the right candidate ranging from £45k to £55k plus a great package.
