.NET Developer London 6 Month contract £74.89 per hour (£599.12 per day) Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for a .NET Developer to join a Global Energy business based in London. Description Working closely with the Marketing & Trading teams to support the development and evolution of a data platform utilising latest cutting-edge technologies. As a Developer within this team, you will work closely with data architects, engineers, and business support resources to deliver software, configuration and installation support to enable the mobilisation and evolution of this data platform. Key Skills and Experience: * Development experience in designing, developing and maintaining, front-end applications using .NET * Azure DevOps/VSTS experience - creating/operating CI/CD build and release pipelines * API design and implementation experience * Azure platform developer - data lake, storage, functions, API app services, eventing/messaging * Good knowledge and practical experience of software design principles & basic patterns § Strong emphasis on testing - unit, integration and automation * Strong emphasis and proven track record of building robust software that is easy to debug and operate * Has used Azure or other Cloud offering (Serverless computing (AWS Lambda/AZURE Functions etc) * Experience and knowledge of auto software deployment technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Git) * Experience with Cloud-based software, specifically Microsoft Azure (including but not limited to Databricks, Azure Foundations) * Experience with Data Architecture and design techniques (local/abstract) including Azure API techniques/developments * Experience of Agile Project Delivery techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
