Job Description

JM201: Domestic Gas SurveyorLocation: Inner M25 Locations in South LondonSalary: £CompetitiveIncluding:

Overview:As part of a heating maintenance team, our Clients Domestic Gas Surveyors will be expected to support the team of repairs and/or maintenance operatives who provide services in domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties. The successfulDomestic Gas Surveyor will be able to assist and advise their team on work progress, monitor the operatives performance, and produce improvement plans where required, provide technical support, identify any training needs within the team. You will be customerfocused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation. What do you need
  • ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1 & CPA1.
  • DAH1, UHW, WRAS Desirable but not essential.
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
  • Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
  • Experience of High-Volume High-pressure environments.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • Significant experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with the public.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Full driving license.
  • Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks when required.
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
