Job Description

Supporting a large programme of work transforming back office systems and procedures.Leading a Document Management System project.This role will require on site attendance in London and Manchester on a regular basis.Client DetailsLarge Not For Profit organisation.Description

  • My client are about to embark on a EDRMS project and require an Interim Project Manager to help oversee, plan, and manage the work.
  • Reporting to the Data Transformation Lead you will operate the project to deliver, improve and consolidate the D&D Integration services.
  • You will maintain the project plan (coordinating multiple smaller projects and project activities), RAID logs, communication and quality plans. You will report work into the Workstream PMO and Transformation Programme PMO as needed.
  • They require an EDRMS Project Manager that has a good understanding of cloud-based data platforms and ideally Microsoft SharePoint and power platform Services.
  • The role will be working in a newly created team that has tight deadlines to establish itself as a credible solution for the implementation of new, critical, line of business applications.
  • The role will need to quickly create an effective delivery team (The work will be delivered by a mix of in-house and contractor resources as well as 3rd party partners (e.g. a Microsoft Gold Partner))
Profile
  • Experienced PM and Scrum Master with experience of forming teams, delivering products and operating in an ambiguous and complex environment.
  • Background implementing SharePoint online in a large organisation.
  • An ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders. Very good communication skills at all levels of the business.
  • An ability to find solutions to complex and difficult problems. Able to see pragmatic routes to success.
  • Very good understanding of technical concepts and how to implement them minimising disruption.
  • Very experienced in managing temporary project resources (e.g., transient teams of engineers from technical resource pools).
  • Coordinates projects and help plan resources where necessary
  • Develops methodology, practices, standards agreed by Lead - to continually improve project productivity.
  • Supports upwards the centralised repository and coordinates the downwards repositories (RAID / PMO etc.). Centralises monitoring and control and consolidates performance information & reports. Provides compliance assurance. Provides status reporting andconfiguration management
  • Coordinates communications (agreed with Lead)
  • Mentors & coaches resources as needed and removes blockages and enables optimal productivity
  • Provides, creates and develops assistance plans, support, tools, templates and guidelines.
Job Offer£450-£550/day Outside IR35 + Hybrid Working + Long Term ContractON SITE ATTENDANCE IN LONDON AND MANCHESTER IS REQUIRED REGULARLY
