This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Document Controller to join the fast-growth Design & Build division of a global design practice focused on high profile office and hospitality space fit-outs.Given the team is relatively new, you will relish establishing, standardising and improving document management systems across ideation, design, procurement, FF&E and construction phases of work.Dealing with multiple projects simultaneously, you will control the dissemination and management of drawings, schedules, registers, minutes and approvals.You’ll be a confident user of Excel, Microsoft Project, Word (including tracking and storing revisions) and ideally CAD, although this is less important.You’ll enjoy working at a fast pace with internal and external design teams, whilst remaining calm and highly organised in a fluid environment.Character is all! Resilience and a wish to work smart and improve practices are required.This is a hybrid position: part office based, occasional site visits and working from home.
