Job Description

Customer Support - Fluent German and Polish £30,000 - EalingThis is a great opportunity working for an established company who has recently opened a new office in Ealing London.The role requires a highly organized and customer focused individual with excellent PC skills including Powerpoint and Excel. The successful candidate must be multilingual in German and Polish as the focus of the business is to develop clients in EuropeSales Support Responsibilities:

  • Internet and desktop research, identifying potential clients in Europe (France, Germany, Italy and Poland)
  • Taking calls from customers and providing quotes were necessary
  • Sending quotations and samples
  • Using Excel on a regular basis for quotations, product information, potential clients etc.
    • Experience & Skills
  • Excellent PC Skills (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel- Must be able to use Pivot tables and V look ups)
  • Multilingual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A professional, proactive and positive can do attitude
