About the team Our Valuations business is a thriving, growing and innovative team of individuals who work collaboratively with our clients to value their businesses, shares, financial instruments and intangibleand tangible assets. Our clients rely on our valuation insights to make commercial decisions, execute transactions, resolve disputes and meet their regulatory requirements. Our team is large, and industry focused. We have around 150 people in the UK and wework along industry lines, as we believe that having a proper understanding of the issues and opportunities facing each sector is critical to producing commercial and robust valuations. Within this Valuations business, the Technology, Media and Telecom ("TMT")team provides deep sector expertise to a broad portfolio of clients, including some of the highest profile corporates and investment funds across the sector. About the role We are looking to recruit a Valuations Director into our London, Reading or Bristol office. Wherever you are based, you will work closely with the head of TMT Valuationsto lead the national TMT Valuations team. Key responsibilities will includeContribute to the teams strategic vision and transformation journey and help lead a team of 25+ individualsLead on business development activities and win new work in the marketNurtureour key client relationshipsLead and coach teams to deliver a wide range of valuations within the TMT sectorPresent sector and technical insight both internally and externally to grow the profile of the team Essential skills and experience Technical valuationsskills and experienceRelevant sector experienceProven ability to sell advisory services and develop new business relationships with clients.Commercial awarenessConsultative and collaborative mind-set with the ability to work effectively in teams, often totight deal deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with people at all levels in a confident mannerPassionate about client serviceDeals Our Deals business is an exciting, fast-paced and an ever-growing business that focuses ondeals and crisis situations for our clients.
