Carr Lyons are currently recruiting a Trade and Working Capital solutions Specialist, for the London office of a large International Bank.Key responsibilities: Leading deal teams in the marketing for, origination of and execution of Trade and Working Capital transactions. Ongoing lifecycle management where appropriate. Supervise the preparation of credit applications and help to train and supervise more junior staff in that role. As appropriate, provide input and guidance on financial and credit analysis for transactions as leader of an arranging or advisory deal team. Working on portfolio and asset management, and other areas of Trade and Working Capital solutions wider business as requested. To carry out marketing activities for Trade and Working Capital team.Key requirements for the role: Deep knowledge and experience of corporate working capital solutions and trade finance products and theory, practice, risk analysis, credit, execution, life-cycle management and documentation. Excellent numerical and financial skills. Excellent knowledge of trade finance customers and clients for marketing purposes and the ability to work with and understand customer needs. A significant element of leadership experience for transactions. Previous experience of working in trade finance in a relevant institution Strong knowledge in dealing with European global top tier corporate Strong knowledge& experience in structured trade finance including pre-export finance, prepayment structure, and commodity finance. The ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel under pressure and to time constraints with significant changes.
