Job Description

We have been exclusively instructed by a niche Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Director of UK Compliance for their London office. Joining a vibrant & dynamic working environment this would be an ideal opportunity for someone to step into an SMFfunction for the first time.Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Compliance experience working within a similar buy side firm, ideally with previous Private Equity experience.
  • Legal background, preferable.
  • Strong FCA regulatory knowledge.
  • US Regulatory knowledge, preferable.
  • Dynamic, driven attitude a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
