An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Student Services and Support, who will be responsible for leading and developing a professional, innovative and responsive culture of support and development of students in line with the mission, vision and values of the College across all College centres.As the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the College the successful candidate will have strategic and operational oversight of safeguarding, child protection and Prevent and will lead the safeguarding team. They will be responsible for leading and developing student support and experience, coordinating the pastoral tutorial programme, effective wellbeing, personal development and enrichment programmes. Be the main point of contact and coordination with external establishments and agencies in relation to student support and experience including local authorities, social services, other colleges, PRUs, youth offending teams.
