One of the world’s leading online gaming organisations is seeking a Director of Software Development to join their London office and pioneer the growth of their ground-breaking platform.The companyHaving dominated the online gaming space for a number of years now, they’re seeking a Director of Software Development to take charge of five different software teams and drive the continuous and fascinating improvement of their products.The roleAs Director of Software Development, you’ll be providing guidance to team leads and working with them to monitor, assess and manage the completion of new projects; reviewing and revising product requirements and specifications; improving operational efficiency and ensuring that the platform and products are being continuously improved alongside the ever-changing and unpredictable market.The role will involve the introduction and proposal of new solutions, new ideas and ways to improve the business. You’ll get the chance to evolve your software teams and shape them to create an even stronger software engineering unit.RequirementsThey need a strong background in software development and at least 2/3 years’ experience managing teams. If you have experience as a Lead Developer or further up the chain, you could be a great fit for this role. Experience in the online gaming/betting space would be highly beneficial.
