An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Executive level candidate to join one of Badenoch & Clarks leading housing clients in a permanent Director of Service role.Based in Central London, this is a full time role and our client is a forward-thinking charitable provider of Housing, Care and bespoke services exclusively for the over 55s in London. They have a mixed portfolio of sheltered housing, supported housing and general needs housing as well as its new affordable housing offering and in this role you would be reporting into the Chief Executive and expected to:* Make a significant difference to the Executive Management Team and the outcomes for their residents, using your extensive experience in over 55s housing, building safety and resident engagement and your breadth of expertise in the leadership of care homes and dementia.* Possess excellent knowledge of the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing and how to work well with it and other stakeholders.* Through your senior level experience and knowledge in the operational leadership of residential care services, you will provide both a challenge and support to the Executive Team in the design and execution of their plans.Working closely with the Director of Development, you will be responsible for top class services in housing, including the service hub and all aspects of resident support. Health and safety and risk management are key aspects of the role as well as resident engagement and involvement.
