Lendio is a fast paced environment that places the customer first, no matter what. You will have the opportunity to innovate on both external and internal tools and interfaces helping Lendio expedite and improve the small business lending experience. Lendio is a small business lending marketplace with more than 75 lenders to help small businesses get funded. Lendio provides small businesses the ability to apply a single time and potentially get offers from multiple lenders.The kind of stuff youll be doing:Work with a cross-functional teams (including product, UX design, and engineering, sales, operations etc) to learn what internal and external customers needDevelop project strategy, project differentiation, and value propositions and manage the project lifecycle end to endDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Define and maintain a complex and detailed project roadmapMeasure departmental performance and monitor milestone timelines using appropriate tools (we use Heap, Anadot, Google Analytics and Domo) and establish and report on KPIsChallenge the status quoLaunch, scale and manage an international projectFacilitate and drive problem solving across teams to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasibleDefine and maintain a detailed project roadmapPrioritize and set outcomes with across teamsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsDevelop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Requirements 7+ years experience Project ManagementExperience leading or supporting go to market strategiesAbility to manage projects end to endPrevious experience launching and scaling international projects in a mustAbility to communicate and influence Sr. stakeholdersSkilled at quickly understanding complex business problems including financial modelingExcellent relationship building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)Always eager to take on new responsibilities and tasksExtremely organized and a disciplined approached to project managementFamiliarity with project management toolsProcess oriented (you enjoy taking something messy and organizing it)
