In joining, youll helpdevelop strategies that translate into action and help our clients power ahead in fiercely competitive global markets.As a part of the consultancy you will support clients in developing their supply chain strategy by building best in class capabilities or transforming the way the company operates its supply chain function.As a Director within the Supply Chain group, you are a leading thought-partner to clients, solving important problems and helping build our overall consulting supply chain strategy business. You will engage in client engagement through hypothesis led problemsolving, building client relationships and managing personal development of the team. You will be working with consultants from across our global offices and you will have the opportunity to interact with leading international clients across industries witha focus on Pharma and Life Sciences.On projects, you will be the point-of-contact for senior client stakeholders and ensure both high quality delivery and further business development. Typical daily activities include structuring client problems, story-boarding project approaches to complexsupply chain questions and coordinating multiple workstreams.Outside of engagements, Directors are considered mentors within the firm, acting as people-managers and coaches for internal consultants. A significant part of your role will be coaching and developing our junior team. Engaging with the consultancys, LifeSciences and Supply Chain community is key to growing our firm; participating in thought leadership and building new initiatives based on industry and supply chain knowledge are some of the many ways our Directors continue to develop the business.The consultancy offers in-depth training across all consulting levels and will support your development throughout your career. Using a combination of formal training programs and on-the-job feedback learning, our consultants combine core analytical thinkingwith hypothesis-driven approaches to deliver tangible client deliverables.Key Deliverables

• Manage client engagements from supply chain strategy development to end-to-end deliverable creation.
• Use analytical, hypothesis-driven thinking to form and shape solutions to unstructured client supply chain problems.
• Lead on project proposals and developing new business opportunities in Supply Chain Strategy.
• Coach and development junior team members, to develop their career with a focus on knowledge of supply chain best practices and the Life Sciences
• Engage with the greater organisations Supply Chain and Life Sciences community to develop firm presence, including thought leadership.
• Manage the development and functioning of the project team, providing guidance and coaching to other members.
• Participate, as needed, with recruitment and act as a people manager to teams of between 5-10 people.

The Essentials

• Experience managing teams of minimum 3-5 individuals.
• The ability to think strategically about business and industry trends in Supply Chain Operations and use analytical, problem-solving techniques to break down issues .
• A track record of customer focused engagements either from a consulting background or from industry delivering quality work for clients, demonstrating an understanding of the clients professional standards and maintaining respectful client relationships.
• A track record in business development, commercial or
• Third level qualification in a Business Related Discipline.
• 8+ years experience within supply chain management with a strategy/management consulting focus or senior level position of Director or above.
