A leading customer engagement platform that facilitates real-time experiences between brands and consumers has recently gone through enormous growth and is looking for a Sales Director to join the EMEA Management team, being responsible for Inside Sales across EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for hiring, nurturing, and performance manage a team of the Inside Sales talent, being the voice for the regions, and reporting back on performance to HQ in the US. With offices located in Central London to match their friendly, go-getting, and passionate team, you will benefit from working for a leader in their space that offers flexible time off policy to balance your work and life and a collaborative, transparent, and social culture.The Role: * Hire, nurture, and performance manage a team of world-class sales talent to deliver overall team budget. * Set and execute new business pipeline strategy and goals as per agreed targets to deliver maximum revenue. * Work cross-department with Marketing, Sales, Alliances and Revenue Operations to nurture and grow internal relationships * Remain tactical but start to focus on strategic pieces with performance and alignment with sales * Attending face-to-face meetings to develop relationships with prospective new clients.The person: * Have a proven track record of working on winning and closing new business deals across Mobile, Martech, or SaaS selling to marketing leads and CMOs to ensure per agreed targets have been met. * Demonstrate experience managing a commercial team of BDM/Lead Gen team to ensure you can hit the ground running within this market. * A proven record of hiring, developing, and retaining high performing SDRs and Junior BDMs * A strong understanding of digital and application trends, especially within the mobile space * Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
