Hours 37 Hours / Week 39 weeks / Year Term time plus 1 Week Grade: 5 Point 15 (£29,439 pro rata) This is a full time position with responsibility coordinating our Inclusion Provision. The successful applicant will lead on the day to day running, and strategicdevelopment of our inclusion provision. Identifying trends in behaviours across the school, to report to leadership and governors. Researching and developing preventative behaviour management programmes to be implemented across the school. To develop policiesand procedures relating to improving behaviour for learning. The successful applicant will be confident and competent working with children in an educational setting.
