To date theyve succeeded by having a clear plan around target clients and industries and its key that this continues.As their Director of Growth youll be able to demonstrate a recent and successful track record of selling complex 7 figure digital consultancy solutions into mainly CIOs and CTOs. Youll bring a well-developed personal network and be a respected figurewithin senior circles across the digital and tech industry.ProfileTo be considered for this role you must be at SLT/board level, on the up and itching for a new challenge like this that will both scare and excite you.Its a given that your track record stems from roles in well-respected agencies, consultancies or possibly other digital/tech oriented, service-based businessesYoull have consistently exceeded sales and revenue targets and built pitch/new business strategies that have led to your teams winning well with a broad range of clients.On top of this youll love your craft - this role needs to be infectious with the impact felt across the business. Its about galvanising a strong BD and marketing team, being a key voice for growth on the SLT and supporting good people to improve by instillinga commercial identity across the group.This business is warm, humble and they graft hard but have a load of fun along the way with their values flowing through the group.Theyve several hubs across The UK but this role will centre around London with some travel to other group offices.Job Offer£120,000 - 140,000 + excellent bonus/commission scheme
