Bletchley Park is a place of exceptional historical importance, open to visitors daily. It is the home of British codebreaking and a birthplace of modern information technology. It played a major role in World War Two, producing secret intelligence whichhad a direct and profound influence on the outcome of the conflict. Over the past thirty years Bletchley Park has become an internationally renowned site, visited by people from around the world. It is an accredited museum dedicated to telling the story ofwhat was achieved at Bletchley Park, the people who worked there during World War Two, and how what happened at was instrumental in shaping the digital age of today and tomorrow.It is owned and managed by The Bletchley Park Trust Ltd., a charity that relieson the support of its visitors, donors, other supporters, and its commercial activities. It continues to pursue a strategy of progressively opening and bringing back into heritage use more of the site and engaging an increasing global audience, onsite andonline, in understanding the Bletchley Park story and its continuing relevance.Bletchley Park Trust is seeking to recruit a new Director of Development to support the delivery of the Trusts ambitious growth by securing income from a wide variety of sources,building on a successful fundraising track record over the last few years. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with donors and driving forward new opportunities.We are looking for an experienced, creative and talented individualwith attention to detail and excellent written and verbal presentation skills, as well the ability to lead in the production of complex applications and bids.
