Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and retention of assets by elevating the client experience through a combination of excellent, proactive individual touchpoints and the delivery of high-quality service and reporting to investors.
  • Partner with Business Development & Marketing, applying best industry practices and innovations to support and elevate the firm’s service model and processes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Client Service & Reporting team.
  • Own routine client requestsincluding:
    • RFPs
    • DDQs
    • Ops DD
    • Quarterly & Semi-Annual Questionnaires
  • Responsible for quality of investor experience and elevating the standard of the client experience.
  • Improve systems and processes to improve client’s experience; Help manage and improve the CRM platform and Investor Portal focusing on enhancements (self-service dashboards, reporting, etc.)
  • Collaborate with PCT in support of routine client activities,including:
    • CRM, distribution list and pipelinemaintenance
    • Email Campaigns
    • Responding to RFPs
    • Sending out regular investorcommunications
    • Maintenance and expansion of self-service library
  • Liaise with outsourcing partner for client requests such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Lead or support special projects across the firm as needed.
Skills Required:
  • Relevant Client Service/Investor Relations experience in financial services/ asset management
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Possess a collaborative, “client first” orientation with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be a confident, clear, and effective communicator, written and oral.
  • Possess good judgement and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Be self-motivated, results-driven, resourceful.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change and possess a natural curiosity.
  • Prefer working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
