About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Sales Specialist. Successful candidate to join Global Institutional Rates and FX Sales in London to provide daily coverage with a primary focus on Bank Treasuries and Global Insurance and Pension clients. He / she must possess working knowledge of a wide variety of interest rate and foreign exchange instruments including Spot FX, FX Forwards, Swaps, and NDFs, FX Options, Nominal Treasuries, TIPS, Agencies, SSAs, Interest Rate Swaps, cross-currency swaps, andInterest Rate Options. The candidate will work to design and implement client coverage strategies in collaboration with Macro Trading and coverage partners such as FIG and GICG, develop concrete client specific plans to increase market share and flow, disseminate the firms intellectualcontent in an accurate and timely fashion, and assist in building connectivity between Macro trading / leadership team and key decision makers at the aforementioned clients. Lastly, the candidate will work with internal partners including compliance, legal, and documentation to ensure our approach adapts to the ever changing market structure and regulatory landscape.
