Job Description

The satisfactionof matching people with their destined career path is highly rewarding and as an internal recruiter you get to share in their success as they grow through the business.Responsible for end-to-end recruitment into positions at all levels and across all departments, you will work closely with your candidates to ensure their experience with us is first class.Key Responsibilities

  • Vacancy management - responsible for the hiring of Head Office and Front Office roles.
  • Direct candidate management - managing the recruitment inbox and job boards.
  • Maximising use of social media to source candidates directly.
  • Supplier management - ensuring that good relations are maintained with suppliers and that they are working in our best interests and provide us with the best candidates.
  • Candidate screening and interviewing - screening talent effectively through telephone and face-to-face first round interviews whilst keeping the Companys needs and brand in mind.
  • Organising second and third round interviews - coordinating diaries of the Directors and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment administration - updating the AST with candidate details and process, sending candidate details to HR in the correct format, sending recognition of receipt emails to employees who have referred candidates and dealing with queries from candidates,managers, and Directors quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring HR receives contract requests in a timely manner, and they contain accurate information.
  • Graduate events - organisation and executing Graduates Evenings and Career Fairs.
  • Conducting branch and department visits across the company to build relationships and promote the work carried out by the recruitment department and share your market insight.
Professional skills and experienceThe ideal candidate will be an ambitious and driven talent acquisition professional with some previous recruitment (or similar) experience working in a fast-paced role. You will be able to process high volumes of hires while keeping a great attention todetail and working against deadlines. Great ability to build and develop internal relationships is a must as well as having a consultative and helpful approach across the whole talent acquisition process.Benefits of working for M&P include:
