Keeping track of study members and finding them when they move is vital to the ongoing success of the studies. We are seeking a Digital Tracer to help their Cohort Maintenance Team to find lost participants using social media platforms and other digital tools.Key responsibilities will include:Working closely with the CLS Cohort Maintenance Officers you will attempt to find contact details for lost cohort members via social media platforms and other internet searches.Assisting the CLS Cohort Maintenance Officers with other methods of tracing as and when requiredThe successful candidateProficient user of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel etcExperienced user of a range of social media platformsAbility to intuitively make use of information from a range of sourcesAwareness and basic understanding of data protection/IT security/Information governanceIf you are interested in becoming part of this growing success story please submit your CV now to be considered for the position.
