Digital Strategy DirectorCentral London (remote)3 months + £280 - £300My client is a leading Global Communications Agency and they are looking for a Digital Strategy Director to join their central digital team, part of Integrated Solutions division that includes data, planning and creative. This is an exciting opportunity to join the agencys Digital Communications team and work across both consumer and B2B clients. This role requires both client leadership skills and strategic thinking across digital programs and integrated campaigns. Day to day you will be working on the holistic digital approach as well as planning and managing activity across content, social and influencer for an impressive portfolio of clients. About the role: Manage social, content and influencer activity and digital programs across key clients. Managing and developing client relationships Writing digital proposals and plans for social, content and influencer activities - both stand alone campaigns and integrated creative campaigns; develop digital strategies, channel recommendations and content frameworks. Working with analytics and insights specialists to inform strategic recommendations; collaborating with creative and content teams, counselling on channels, format, and execution; align with the paid media team on channel and amplification Delivering digital and integrated projects from start to finish Overseeing quality and operational performance of the digital output, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence, providing coaching and development for broader team members. Nurturing and growing junior team members, through mentoring and upskilling Working on new business pitches About you: A background in digital within an agency, or as an in-house digital specialist. Experience across both consumer and B2B clients. . Client leadership skills Strong knowledge of the digital landscape including platforms and technology. A solid understanding of the principles of content marketing and the ability to convey them both internally and to clients. Experience working in collaboration with both earned and paid
