We are on a mission to amplify the voices of girls and young women, so they can champion change in their own lives and the widerworld; to build strong partnerships that can increase our reach and impact; and to increase the support we offer our amazing adult volunteers who deliver incredible experiences to young people across the UK every week.We have recently agreed our 2020+ strategyand begun a process of significant change: transforming the organisation so it can meet the challenges of the future by putting young people and volunteers at the heart of our organisation.We want to create a digital experience that enables connections andbuilds Girlguiding community, allowing girls and young women to do amazing things, make a positive difference and fulfil their potential. You will have experience in managing varied digital projects from the discovery phase to finished product. We are lookingfor someone who has a good combination of skills -project management, service design, digital innovation, user experience research and change management. You will lead on the scoping of some key new digital transformation projects i.e. a project that willfocus on how we can digitally empower and include our volunteers and prototyping new digital experiences for various audiencesYou will make sure users are at the heart of all that we do whilst also balancing busines objectives. You will have technical anddigital expertise and ability to work across multiple initiatives in a busy team. Experience in gathering requirements, scoping, planning and delivering complex digital products is essential. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and how to bestapply them is vital. Youare passionate about design thinking and have a track-record in digital innovation and transformation projects. You will be a proactive individual, with a positive outlook and excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.A confident and open-minded communicator who is comfortable with change, as well as reporting to stakeholders across all levels is key.
