Digital Product OwnerTEKsystems have been engaged by a world leading financial services firm. Specifically they are looking for a Digital Product Owner to come on board to a greenfield project. Description:Act as the global digital product owner thatis subject matter expert for digital user management, product and services entitlements journeys to deliver best-in-class entitlements and access experience to customers within Digital WholesaleHelp to create a vision, execute and own the digital productwith multi-disciplinary agile teams to deliver new multi-channel digital products, allowing to simplify and converge some existing products and channels to meet customer needs and demand in the new digital world.Gather, validate and prioritise customerrequirements and related business requirements from different programmes of work, working in a matrix environment with multiple interdependencies and needs.Create, own and maintain the user requirements backlog in an agile development environment, deliveringcustomer value in every sprint. Ensure the wider digital team and business stakeholders understand the backlogOwn the development of wireframes, prototypes and other high/low fidelity tools to clearly articulate the digital product vision and design tostakeholders and team membersContribute with the standard user experience design to bring your digital products to life, exploiting the wider wholesale frameworkWork with the regional digital leads to gather, validate and iterate requirements based onregional and local stakeholders feedbackDefine and get business buy in for product definition and delivery approach To be successful in the role, it is likely that you will meet the following requirements:Comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledgein the areas of authentication, authorizations, and Customer Identity & Access Management, and the associated customer experience impacts sufficient to be considered the internal subject matter expert in this areaSolid understanding of authentication protocols(OIDC, OAuth, SAML, etc.), customer identity access platforms (CIAM), and open-banking regulationsStrong understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and executionExperienceof managing 3rd party digital agencies and consultanciesWorking with digital requirements gathering and digital journey vision, principles and mapping directly with different business stakeholders. Able to articulate and socialise how these requirementsand vision are elaborated, validated and executedOwning, managing and organising requirements in an agile environment, becoming a key participant in the scrums whilst delivering the committed customer proposition with the right priorities.Able to demonstratehow customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes, how this will allow quick customer adoption and realisation of benefits from a business point of view.Strong understanding of digital and interactiondesign, with experience in other digital product propositions for digital banks, in particular with authentication and user management digital products.Excellent communication skills and an understanding of how global teams need to work together to be effectiveacross video conferencing, email, messaging, Jira, Confluence, and other digital tools across time zones.
