Job Description

The Role: An excellent entry-level role into a successful and highly productive Digital Team, providing vital product-focused administration support for the Digital Trading& Content team. Digital Support the set-up, review and ongoing maintenance of the new season, outlet and pre-loved product catalogues. Ensure the accuracy of product information and ecom imagery across all digital sites, digital concessions and third-partyplatforms. Enter translated product and site information, pre-loved product focus including handling, documenting, and supporting the photography of each product, supporting Digital Team projects and commercial activations. Duties and Responsibilities:Productcatalogue: o Administration in English and international languages. o Setting up of new products each season. o Maintenance of existing products.Pre-loved goods: o Handling of pre-loved goods arriving to KCS office, on-site processing/handling and supportingthe process to return goods to the warehouse - including coordinating with the Buying & Merchandising Team. o Product documentation and capturing details, measuring, individual wear commentary. o Photographer support for capturing ecommerce imagery. o Supportpre-loved good roll-out to regions, including individual set-up and stock controls with international teams. o Tracking, receiving and uploading pre-loved ecommerce imagery.Product information for digital concessions and third parties: o Work on extractsets of product information for our existing portfolio of digital concessions and third parties (e.g., extracts and administering into third party templates, extraction of product page imagery, required image naming conventions). o Support the set-up and launchof new digital concession channels which may include: Selfridges.com; Harrods.com; WeChat China; Little Red Book China; additional social commerce channels in China.Wider Mulberry.com store, digital projects and activities: o Verifying the customer-facinginformation on Mulberry.com is accurate, including delivery guidance in each territory. o Supporting the review of competitor sites and collating of information. o Supporting the launches and ongoing maintenance of the fully translated international sites.o Assisting with ad-hoc projects that arise within the Digital Team. Skillsand Experience Required:Highly motivated and enthusiastic.Experience within or desire to work in a highly commercial environment with an alignment to digital.A perfect start for understanding the key drivers of online trading.Excellent writtenEnglish (grammar, spelling and punctuation).An outstanding eye for detail and dedication to ensuring accuracy of detail.A strong and diplomatic team player, able to work with multiple team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised and efficient with strong planning capabilities.Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high level of numeracy.Not required but highly desirable: additional language skills (German, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese); interest in fashion.
