The agency is vibrant & these specific clients are fast-paced so a desire to work in this environment is essential.You will be a key contact for senior clientsResponsible for the digital strategy and planningWorking closely with our digital activation teams on campaign delivery.You will be a senior member of a client planning team, which oversees a portfolio of 10 clients.You will be working closely with your offline media specialist peers to help shape and continually improve our planning and buying output.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing:This is a senior role within the planning team and you will be managing direct reports to ensure best in class client servicing as well as becoming a partner to your clients, an expert in their industry and providing digital thought leadershipStrategy and Planning Servicing:You will be well versed in taking briefs from, and presenting back to clientsManaging your own and your teams time and expectations in the processYou will demonstrate an ability to write digital strategies incorporating all channelsRecommend how they work together with offline activityYou will be able to recommend and set appropriate KPIsYou will have experience of planning and leading brand and sales-driven campaignsYou will have a thorough understanding of the digital media market with a strong understanding of data capabilities and how we can best utilise our clients dataCampaign Management and Performance:Brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the clients digital strategy.Ensure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycleLead client calls and meetings for digitalEnsure your team & specialists are focused on delivering against target KPIsTeam:We run a very collaborative team but are looking for a senior digital lead that can provide leadership and inspire as well as upskill our managers and execs.Requirements We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has experience in a digital media role, preferably at an agency currently operating at an SAM / AD level Desired Skills & Experience:Passion for digital strategic planning and innovationA solid understanding of all digital media channels; Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC & AffiliatesBe thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work, attention to detail is a key requirementKnowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Prisma, Google Analytics
