Job Description

Due to our clients phenominal success, we are now seeking a rockstar Digital Planner / Digital Strategist to help drive their digital strategic offering. Its a really exciting time to join this agency and to help them embed this offering into the business and eventually build a team around you.You will also be the strategic ambassador from an internal perspective, developing the team’s digital capabilities to ensure that they are cutting edge.About You:

  • You must be well versed in content marketing, PPC and social media
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the latest technologies and be able to advise both clients and internal teams on best practice
  • Have experience in market research and writing strategic responses
  • Be comfortable presenting in front of a client
  • Be a team player and comfortable supporting junior team members
  • Knowledge and experience in ABM and demand-gen would be advantageous
  • What will you be doingDay to day your role will vary from building out key personas and mapping out customer journeys, through to planning succesful digital campaigns that generate real results. You may also be getting down in the detail and executing content programmes across a range of digital channels, including content syndication, social advertising, retargeting, PPC and social selling. Youll also manage partners and be able to analyse reports and make strategic recommendations based on those.Your background
  • A hard-working self-starter who has a passion for all things digital
  • 3+ years of working in a digital team (preferably agency side)
  • You will have your finger on the pulse of the latest technologies
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams
  • Knowledge in demand-generation and ABM is a plus
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Smart Links
  • Superlative organisational and project management skills - someone who knows how whip a project into shape
  • Flexible, solution focused, and happy to work across a range of projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate, engaging person who is fun to work with
  • To be suitable for the role you will already have had experience as a Digital Planner or Digital Strategist who has spent their career immersed within the digital and social arena. You will also have knowledge of the B2B sector as this will be the majority of your focus.
