Job Description

The RoleWe have a new opportunity available for a Digital Performance Manager’ to join a high performing digital marketing team within LiveScore Group. LiveScore Group has continued to grow throughout recent times and with Sports in full swing we can hear the virtual crowds cheering and we’re getting involved!In this position, reporting to the Head of Digital, you will contribute to both the reporting, growth and optimization of all digital campaigns for LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet.The role will be to support the Head of Digital and channel managers in optimizing our digital activity by leading on reporting, optimization endeavours, cross channel project and programme work, CRO, offer testing, product development and more.Key Responsibilities

  • Own Digital team business reporting, regularly communicating performance to senior stakeholders
  • Working with channel managers, monitor and report on the effectiveness of each digital acquisition channel, based on agreed KPIs
  • Analyse how re-allocation of budgets per acquisition channels can affect the overall marketing results
  • Assist the Head of Digital with budgeting, forecasting and projections
  • Work with Data to drive optimizations in the digital reporting suite
  • Be the point of contact for Digital with other business units and ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy
  • Lead the Digital team’s programme of offer testing, collaborating with the wider marketing business in the roadmapping, execution and reporting of new offer tests
  • Explore and evaluate new opportunities and vendors within the user acquisition and digital marketing technology space
  • Represent Digital within cross-functional groups for key initiatives (including Compliance and Product)
  • Conduct regular audits of the site and the new user journey to identify conversion opportunities
  • Understanding and reporting on the conversion funnel, it’s different visitor types and their intentions
  • Work with product to implement testing and optimization strategies
  • Assist channel owners in ensuring all advertising meets applicable Compliance guidelines, including content and age verification rules
  • Key Skills/Experience
  • 4+ years experience in a digital performance marketing role, ideally within eGaming
  • Expert understanding of the principles of user acquisition marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, inc PPC, Display, Paid Social, ASO and beyond
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, presenting data alongside written commentary
  • Highly effective and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders across multiple departments including Product, Design and Data
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Focused and highly organised
  • Experience of running, coordinating and analysing A/B tests
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & Tableau
  • Excellent attention to detail
