Digital Performance & CRM Manager LondonUp to £50kWe are working on behalf of a leading premium brand who due to rapid growth, are looking for a Digital Performance & CRM Manager to join them.As Digital Performance & CRM Manager you will own and drive digital channel performance to grow the brand and online UK & ROI business. Innovate, execute, optimise global digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.Responsibilities will include:• Manage and optimise local digital marketing budgets to ensure the best possible return on ad spend.• Forecast and optimise performance to meet growth and revenue targets for the website and integrate digital strategy into offline and third-party initiatives.• Optimise audiences and targeting strategy on a brand and channel level to maximise ROI of advertising spend including developing test plans. • Report and analyse digital performance, optimisations, and market trends to better optimise online channels.• Develop and establish clear goals for each campaign alongside robust KPIs, to ensure activity is continually delivering against plan.• Deliver regular campaign, channel analysis reports against key metrics, with the purpose of identifying opportunities for future improvement and driving efficiencies within specific channels.• Work with local digital agencies to optimise the Paid search channel and to ensure campaigns are targeted, executed on-time and on-brand. Manage all PPC ad copy creation and keyword strategies.• Work closely with local affiliate partners and third parties to drive customer acquisition and implement initiatives to grow the affiliate channel including organising promotions, managing affiliate approvals and sales validations. • Work with wider digital and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across relevant digital channels (website, social, video). • Ensure Paid social/ Display Advertising campaigns are integrated into the other digital marketing channels to maximise overall performance to the website.Candidates should have strong digital marketing experience gained within a premium retail and ecommerce environment and an understanding of digital media planning and buying process.You should have a deep knowledge in optimising Performance Marketing strategies and campaigns across Search, Affiliate, Retargeting, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRM and SEO channels and to maximise ROI. Experience in Paid Search and managing a digital agency. Strong experience in Google Shopping Ads and/or Comparison-Shopping Service (CSS).A highly motivated Digital Marketeer, with a positive attitude, you should also have the following:• Experience in working with Affiliate networks, publishers, and third-party partners as well as optimising Affiliate programmes.• Experience in driving growth in SEO, implementing localised onsite/ offsite strategies and best practice. • Excellent hands-on experience with Search, Affiliate and CRM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Google Search Console, Affiliate Window, ESPs etc.• Good working knowledge of user of Google Analytics 360 or similar analytic tools with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.• Good experience with complementary tools, Search Ads 360, Google Ads Editor, DoubleClick and other tracking tools, Google Trends.This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing business and be part of an exciting digital transformation.We regret that due to volume only successful candidates will be contacted.
