Job Description

PwC is looking for a "Digital Marketing Senior Associate, Website" to join our Digital Marketing Team. The Digital team seeks to create compelling digital experiences for our clients across channels, leads the firm in the development of digital marketingstrategies in support of its business objectives and uses the right tools and technologies to support our ambitions.This role will specialise in our UK website and SEO.The Digital Marketing team collaborates with the business, Corporate Affairs and the widerSales and Marketing function including teams such as brand, design, content development and campaign management to shape the right approaches. It also works closely with a small group of digital agencies - for online we work with 3rd party agencies for weband SEO. This role reports to the "Digital Marketing Manager, Website" that sits within the Digital marketing team.Sales and Marketing is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development.The prime area of focus for the function is to support the development and implementation of the firms market strategy and in particular to deliver:Everyday innovationInclusion by default Telling stories that inspireDelivering commercial impact with purposeThe Role The "Digital Marketing Senior Associate, Website" will be responsible for:Executing website and SEO aspects of our digital marketing campaigns and programmes - supporting marketing teams by conducting SEO research and web page deliveryDelivering theprocess from defining and creating: personas; the user journey and wireframes; CTAs/data capture forms; web page/s build (editing and publishing in Adobe or outsourcing to a 3rd party agency) Co-ordinating online assets including creative, content, data captureforms etc Working with web development/delivery and search agencies to deliver campaigns and projects Working with various teams from business-aligned marketers to digital marketing colleagues. Close collaboration with Corporate Affairs, Design, Content andwhere necessary the Global Marketing team across website development projectsUsing software and tools e.g. conduct keyword research using Semrush; analyse web trends using Adobe Analytics; and in the future potentially using products including Adobe Targetand Salesforce Interaction StudioSupporting the Website Manager in the development of the website and SEO channel strategies for Marketing, best practice and processesSupporting the Website Manager to work alongside the other digital channel colleagues toensure channels are integrated. For example, ensure our organic search strategy is aligned with our PPC activitiesKeeping abreast of website and SEO trends, legislative developments and opportunities/innovations (for example, the latest Google algorithm changesor understanding the impact of cookies and tracking technologies on our website experience)Reporting on web and search performance of our digital campaigns and at a channel level using a combination of data from Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloudpages and Semrush etcHelping to manage the website campaign and channel budgets Supporting the sharing of website and SEO best practices across the team and wider function and helping produce training materials and deliver advice and trainingAdvising on digitalevent experiences, in conjunction with the Events and Campaign teams e.g. webcasts.Key capabilities the individual would need include:A passion for and prior experience in websites and SEO and its place within digital marketing and a curiosity to learn newthings and challenge ways of workingA mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimisingExperience in creating personas, customer journey mapping, wireframes and optimal web page buildExperience in Adobe and Adobe Analytics would beadvantageousExperience in using SEO toolsExperience of measuring and analysing website and SEO performance dataExperience in delivering against tight deadlines and executing multiple web pages/projects under pressureClear communication skills to aid workingwith different teams and agenciesExperience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful.Not the role for youDid you know PwC offer flexible contract arrangements as well as contingent work (ie temporary or day rate contracting)The skillswe look for in future employeesAll our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
