Job Description

Were aiming to lead the industry sector in Digital Marketing, especially in the field of highlytargeted and personalised communications.Weve entered an exciting chapter in our paid digital marketing activity. Utilising industry-leading measurement techniques to truly understand the impact of paid social, programmatic display, YouTube and Pay Per Clickwhilst working in a pioneering client-agency model with our media agency, Mediacom, to accelerate this work.Responsibilities;Measurement: Be the subject matter expert on measurement techniques across the paid digital marketing channels. Ensuring robust methodologiesare in place so that the team can learn what their activity is driving and optimise performance. Use data/insights to drive strategic change To drive our measurement strategy in a post-cookie environment as the industry transitions away from 3rd Party cookiesAnalysis / Optimisation To lead, and work closely with Mediacom, on strategic analysis to understand the drivers of incrementality for paid digital marketing activity Perform Return on Investment analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of differentmarketing campaigns across both products and marketing channels Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys and funnel analysis to optimise conversion rates from marketing activity Reporting Support channel teams to ensure they haveaccurate, robust data and incremental reporting to enable them to drive meaningful insights and continuously optimise their activity Collaborate with channel leads, senior stakeholders, Mediacom and the wider team. Deliver regular reporting/analysis documentation,presenting findings or test results where required Essential requirements; Self-motivated and able to proactively think about how data, analysis and insight can be converted into real world meaningful solutions Operationally proficient and have strong knowledgeof digital marketing platforms and how users in the paid digital marketing ecosystem are targeted, tracked and measured (e.g. Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Facebook, Google Ads Data Hub etc.) and digital analytics packages (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Webtrends,GA360 etc.) High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel, using these to measure campaigns across but not limited to, natural and paid search, Programmatic and social. Strong proficiency with PowerPoint for producing reports andpresentations Strong background and hands-on experience in test methodologies, principles, design and execution Youll be a key part of an enabling performance culture.
