Job Description

A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months.They are seeking an experienced digital marketing manager with experience across all digital channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display etc.In this role you will help build and execute full funnel multi-channel plans for brand, product and lead gen campaigns . You will collaborate with teams across marketing to optimise cost and performance across channels. This role is supported byan agency for planning and execution.Duties:

  • Develop the strategies and plans for global multi channel media investments across brand and performance marketing working closely with our media agencies to optimize performance and improve return on investment
  • Use data to develop a deep understanding of our product, audience and buyer journeys to inform media plans
  • Scale up and optimise content syndication and media partner programs to deliver full funnel campaigns driving awareness and qualified leads efficiently and at scale
  • Build out paid social (eg Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin Ads) programs by leveraging a combination of channels and tactics to drive awareness and quality leads and build inbound pipeline growth
  • Manage programmatic display, native and YouTube campaigns to drive top of funnel awareness for Workplace and direct response lead generation to support the path to conversion
  • Use data-driven marketing to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimisation recommendations across the buyers journey
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to create holistic, full-funnel roadmaps, develop A/B & multivariate optimisation plans to deliver performance improvements
  • Extract and deliver insights to other teams such as marketing, sales and product marketing on what resonates and what performs in market
  • Support any regional campaigns or events with innovative approaches to direct response and brand awareness advertising
  • Determine measurement and tracking requirements and use tools to build dashboards to report performance.
  • Highly competent and proven track record of managing projects successfully with experience in agile working
  • Manage day to day projects and activities with supplier/ agencies / internal teams to ensure best in class execution.
  • Responsible for forecasting, monitoring and tracking budget and resource usage, both internally and ensuring our external agencies and partners provide clear financial management.
Skills and experience:
  • 5+ years of digital performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets and a deep expertise in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-year business growth through scaling campaigns
  • Data driven and experienced in using platforms such as Google Data Studio, SFDC, Tableau, Datorama or similar
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and able to forge a path ahead
