Work closely with the group senior management and design team, welcome to bring ideas to make change and represent the brand. Working with the global team more than fourteen countriesand regularly communicate with the key stakeholders and vendors.You will need a flexible and proactive attitude and not be afraid of new ideas and methods.Key Duties of the Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the worldwide marketing strategy and plan to support the expansion of the key business competencies.
  • Ascertaining that the marketing plan is in line with the companys commercial aims and objectives, as well as the worldwide content strategy.
  • Assist with the formulation of the value offering, which includes essential messaging across the broad.
  • Make sure that the messaging is consistent across all touchpoints and platforms, including proofreading and messaging ideas.
  • Maintain an awareness of the overseas markets and tailor content needs to their specificities when appropriate.
  • Manage the information and interaction in a CRM (Salesforce/Pardot).
  • Maintaining the best-in-class approach to paid media management, including PPC and sponsored content is essential.
  • Plan, produce and distribute new content and campaigns that will increase awareness, enhance customer experience (CX), and help to promote new goods and services.
  • All content should be created with SEO, user experience, online accessibility, and page tracking in mind.
  • Track, report, and measure results against key parameters to assess and discover chances for future improvementoptimize and modify future content strategies.
  • Always follow the brands requirements and make sure all digital material represents the brands core messages.
  • Stay on top of industry developments, competition, and regulatory changes.
  • Contributing ideas for material production, sales materials, C-suite demands, and brand-enhancement initiatives.
  • Making content for all the customers points of contact, including sales presentations.
Skills required:
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong copywriting abilities. Ability to write for a business audience in excellent, clear, grammatically accurate English.
  • Proven track record of providing content, initiatives, and thought leadership programmes to external audiences to generate leads.
  • Multiple task management ability.
  • Proven track record of building strategic and tactical marketing programmes from concept to implementation.
  • Experience in designing strategic and tactical marketing programmes from concept to execution.
  • Ability to prioritise and fulfil deadlines.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and self-assured in a rapidly changing workplace.
  • A degree holder. Post-graduate marketing experience is a plus.
  • Be able to instantly create relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and top executives.
  • Good user for marketing applications such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, Hubspot, SurveyMonkey, etc.
  • Intermediate design and art working skills is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps is a plus.
