Many of our brands are well established within their communities and all are continually evolving togive Legal Professionals the best source of news, data, and tools to deliver exceptional service to their clients and employers.We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and working closely with our Product, Content and Sales teams, you will develop the digital strategy for effective lead generationfor a portfolio of legal intelligence platforms.What you would be doing:

  • Work to develop and implement an OKR-led marketing strategy for the portfolio of products, across all digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Be responsible for providing the sales team with a sufficient quantity and quality of leads.
  • Make full use of marketing automation tools to nurture leads and move them down the sales funnel.
  • Provide analysis and reports to inform business decisions on product improvements and developments, particularly along the digital buyer journey.
  • Work with our product and tech teams to optimise on-site lead generation mechanisms.
  • Create and manage successful lead generation campaigns based on in-depth product and market knowledge to ensure conversion targets are achieved.
  • Implement a strategy around the optimal use of data for email marketing.
  • Manage and develop a digital marketing executive.
What we are looking for:
  • A highly skilled digital marketer with experience working in B2B organisations, preferably business information and/or subscription products.
  • You will have strong working knowledge of SEO techniques and inbound marketing.
  • You have a proven track record in successful lead generation initiatives.
  • You have demonstrative success in setting up automated campaigns that increase customer engagement and sales conversion rates using automation platforms, Pardot preferable.
  • You will have experience in making iterative changes to onsite customer journeys to increase key KPIs.
  • You are technically savvy, and data driven in your approach to marketing.
  • You prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity and communicate effectively across an organisation, with an ability to justify new ideas with data.
  • You will have at least 5 years experience in digital marketing positions in B2B organisations, and experienced being at the forefront of new digital initiatives.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • You have line managed, trained and developed junior marketers.
