Job Description

Digital Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in London. Right now we are all working from home but in the future you will have the chance to split your time between working in a fun, collaborative office environment with working from home 2-3 days per week.Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing B2C you will be responsible for co-ordinating paid media activity for our Digital Wallets business area with the primary objective of driving revenues from customer acquisition and engagement campaigns. Key themes across this role also include app campaigns, DMP usage and attribution.Responsibilities:

  • Working with Head of Performance Marketing and external agency to drive performance and growth of PPC, paid social and programmatic campaigns
  • Development of global campaign setup to improve market-specific messaging
  • Adopting an ongoing test and learn approach to ad copy/creative execution extending into landing page testing
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve paid traffic and increase ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance to refine CPA and ROI on all campaigns and channels
  • Utilise paid media campaign data from keyword analysis, Ad copy and landing page testing and to improve paid campaigns performance
  • Working with multiple teams across the business including Analytics, Marketing Project Managers, CRO, Social and Email
  • Submission of weekly and monthly PPC, paid social and programmatic reporting as well as supporting any ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Support with management of digital marketing budget
  • Skills/experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Experience in PPC campaign optimisation and awareness of latest techniques and targeting functionality
  • Proven track record in effective management and development of PPC, paid social and programmatic campaigns essential; international experience desirable
  • Hands-on experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Experience using Google DoubleClick is essential; experience of other DSPs such as TheTradeDesk, Oath would be beneficial
  • Experience of working collaboratively within a matrix marketing structure is highly desirable
  • Highly results and metrics-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement against KPIs
  • Tenacious - overcomes barriers to effective working methods with a continuous improvement
  • Marketing degree or similar
