The People Of: Digital are excited to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing fashion business based in London on a new Digital Marketing Manager role.Our client is looking for a talented digital marketing manager who is data driven, creative and an expert in acquisition, retention across all digital channels.Great things about this role:- Lots of autonomy in role and a chance to be creative- Diverse working culture with lots of social eventsKey Responsibilities:- Develop brand acquisition and retention strategies across all digital channels- Manage all Paid ads across all platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, SEO)- Manage a 6-figure marketing budget with 6 ROAS- Oversee/manage influencer marketing- Develop a creative content marketing strategy working closely with Photograph’s/videographers to create effective ad campaigns- Manage the e-commerce website with the focus of: user experience, increase average order value, increase repeat orders.The ideal candidate:Will be hands on across all paid search and either worked with a great digital marketing agency and worked in PPC, SEM, Facebook and email marketing for various e-commerce clients. Or someone who has worked client side for a highly successful e-commerce brand. Required skills
