They provide both connect both businesses and consumer with companies to handle their removals.Description* Develop and define digital and audience strategies that drive conversion, awareness and engagement of the brand with new and future customers* Plan and deliver content, social media and outreach campaigns* Lead paid campaigns for Germany or Spain and refine our activity to ensure that performance is maximised* Manage key advertising platforms and where appropriate agency partners to deliver successful ROI* Implement and test PPC/SEO activities and ideas that enable the business to scale up across new territories and channels* Find innovative ways to improve processes and the PPC customer journey and increase efficiency and productivity* Produce interesting and engaging content copywriting and content in German or Spanish* Effective end to end campaign management across SEO and PPC* Continuously optimise conversion rates, CTR and CPC whilst utilising automation where possibleProfile* Must speak German or Spanish and have marketing knowledge of the German or Spanish digital marketing landscape* Ideally UK based and able to commute to Hammersmith frequently, however, We could consider remote candidate who are currently living in Germany and prepared to travel to the UK as required* Solid experience in a digital marketing role with PPC/SEO and end to end campaign management preferably client side but agency experience will be considered* Experience working with organic search * Good Excel, data and reporting skills* A commercial approach and believe in the power of insights and metrics to drive improvementsJob OfferSalary up to £65,000Flexible working
