Ref: 20573Your New Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveThe Skills Youll Need: Fluent in English, Solidworking experience in digital marketing and knowledge of website analytics tools.Your New Salary: Competitive, depending on experienceLocation: Central LondonWho Youll Be Working for: A well-established financial group.SummaryCreate and manage the production of in-house videos and brochures/ pitch deck and who can provide digital marketing products and associated defi’ (decentralised finance) and AI projects.What Youll be Doing Each Day:

  • Produce timely, relevant and high quality in-video product, often in a fast- moving business environment.
  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Produce high quality brochures across the range of businesses and projects
    • The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Must be hands on with a highly proactive can-do attitude
  • Good Relevant demonstrable experience in similar roles
  • Resilience to excel in fast-moving financial markets.
  • A self-starter, independent and able to take the initiative
  • Fast learner and have a passion for acquiring new skills
  • Good working attitude, team player and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English
