Job Description

This is a very exciting opportunity for a creative, analytical and digital focused ambitious individual with Digital Marketing experience now looking for a new, challenging role.The successful individual will have an opportunity to learn new skills and play an important role in contributing to the success and transformation of a market leading research and insight businesses via its digital offering.The role will report to the Digital Marketing Specialist and will assist in the creation of engaging digital campaigns across all channels and have input in digital activity across multiple products.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on creating digital campaigns to support existing and new products, guide launches to drive MQLs and convert to SQLs via SEO, Website Content, PPC and other digital channels
  • Manage day to day running of social platforms, planning and creating all campaigns based on business calendar and objectives, checking daily responses to post, replying to enquiries, scheduling in posts and other daily actives around social
  • Write relevant social posts for sign off by DMS and work with Brand team on brand-led social content
  • Update and create new content and pages for chambers.com using CMS (WordPress) whilst managing the website
  • Perform keyword research using Google Keyword Planner/Google Search Console to uncover target lists for content to be produced on
  • Managing digital aspects of all Guide launches and successful management of campaigns to drive awareness and engagement of each
  • Create Google Analytics reports for campaigns to monitor and report on success of each
  • Working with DMS on SEO work; writing content for SEO purposes, running regular checks on the website/pages and other tasks to monitor performance of the site and making recommendations based on findings
  • Assist with management of blogs, create an enhanced campaign planner, work with relevant stakeholders to have content produced and work on the uploading of content, running checks on live content
  • Execute on actions from digital marketing weekly/monthly reports, creating a plan to ensure all actions are completed
  • Assist with paid activity utilising market and competitor research where required
  • Liaise with internal designer on assets needed, managing process through to completion
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure business is aware of digital marketing services and how these services can meet business goals
Essential skills and qualifications
  • Experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on Social, SEO, Reporting and Campaign Management
  • Knowledge of how to create engaging digital campaigns across SEO, Social, E-mail and other digital channels
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and ability to create reports based on requirements for various teams
  • Good understanding of SEO and best practices to ensure content and website remains fully optimised
  • Good knowledge of Google Search Console/Google Keyword Planner and desire to take data found and produce relevant content for
  • Good working knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create compelling web optimised copy and engaging social copy
  • Good campaign management skills
  • Some experience using Pardot for campaign management and tracking
  • Strong Microsoft skills
