The BusinessOur client is an award-winning lifestyle & homeware brand on a mission to enrich life through tangible solutions; without causing unnecessary harm to nature.The JobJob overviewAs a junior digital marketing assistant you are responsible for assisting with managing the direct-to-consumer channels and platforms of the business. Reporting directly to Joy Resolve’s digital marketing strategy partner (Purpose Digital) you will be responsiblefor orchestrating and delivering some marketing campaigns and projects. You will be supported by Purpose Digital who are responsible for delivering on the online business revenue objectives set by Joy Resolve.Objectiveso Deliver on the monthly business online revenue and profit targets.o Ensure that Joy Resolve management have full visibility of online performance & projects.o Identify and deliver marketing opportunities to grow the online business.Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads (Social & Search)
o Campaign creation.o Budget Management.o Reporting. Email Marketingo Campaign Creation via Klaviyo.o Reportingo Audience Segmentation.o Management of automated email flows. Reporting & Analyticso Management of all digital marketing reporting.o Analyse reports and recommend strategy.o Understand Excel and how we can improve. Website Developmento Create blogs that link to our email campaigns and builds SEO.o Check the website to see where we could improve quality, communication or user experience.
  • Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, & Pinterest)
o Work Closely with Josh to find influencers that fit our brand narrative to send samples and orchestrate deadlines for posting of these UGC videos.o Setting a sticking to Key Dates & Deadlines.o Scheduling Posts via sprout.Marketing and Project Managemento Ensure that all projects are approved and delivered following established project management process.o Run regular project update meetings.o Plan marketing projects and campaigns in advance to make sure we have a certain cadence to our output.Candidate Requirements
