The types of content that this organisation created is fantastically varied and includes scenario based eLearning, animations, simulations, gamification pieces, video and diagnostics as a few examples. The complete variety in releation to the work you will be involved with allows this position to be a healthy challenge for those well networked, experienced and passionate individuals who love designing learning content that utilises intuition and creativity to the max.The role itself has a primary focus on designing learning content, with the team currently being quite small this is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience to work with the digital learning lead on the strategic side and simultaneously keep their hand in designing the content. On top of the design element you will be looking at the projects coming into the team, prioritising and working each one as well as managing the developers within the division also.With regards to the projects coming into the team you will be a project manager for those involved with. Ensuring the content is to agreed time, quality, scale and budget whilst keeping a keen eye on the details and making sure the message and course information isnt being misconstrued in any way.
