We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.We are currently recruiting for a permanent role as a Digital Learning & Development Manager on behalf of one of our Professional Services clients in the City.Reporting to the Head of L&D and part of a small team, this is a newly-created role, leading on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended and digital learning solutions, the full life cycle of the digital learning process and projects. You will also manage the LMS platform and supplier relationships.This role would best suit L&D professionals with a proven track record in managing the complete digital learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating digital learning content in a professional skills environment, strong planning & project management skills, experience working with various LMS systems and a wide breadth of knowledge of creating ELearning, Webinars and Podcasts.
