Digital Learning Content Manager - Salary up to £42,000Accountable to: CCH Head of Learning and Development (Seconded to the Group CIO for initial role)Location: Altrincham plus 25% Field Based TravelResponsible for: Content Development on the E-Learning PlatformThe role of Digital Learning Content Manager is to use their experience in e-learning and LMS projects to design, develop, and deliver e-learning content for all required topics within City & County Healthcare Group. With an attention to detail, the role will be tasked with moving quickly across the organisation, collecting knowledge and ascertaining the best method to deliver and disseminate training on core knowledge requirements to the wider staff using the LMS platform.Using strong intrapersonal and communication skills, the DLCM will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on clinical, administrative, and corporate topics as needed. The role will facilitate sessions to uncover knowledge and define the key points from the SME required to train staff on new and existing topics. Being self-motivated and naturally curious, the role will research new and innovative ways to deliver content on the LMS platform and will contribute to the wider L&D objectives accordingly.The role will be responsible for measuring the efficacy of the content on the platform and will generate reporting that demonstrates the adoption and usage of the content and platform as needed. The DLCM will be key to building working relationships across departments and stakeholders to bring L&D objectives to fruition and will be a people oriented role with a natural tendency towards engagement. This role will also be required to build content using standard SCORM tools as well as provide graphic design support and maintenance to course work and modules of learning.Key Responsibilities
