Job Description

Digital Growth Manager (Southern Europe) west LondonThe Juice PLUS+ Company is an innovative, fast moving business to consumer company present in over 25 countries worldwide, servicing over 4m satisfied customers, through 200,000+ Independent Partners globally. With our products and mission, we are inspiring people around the world to live a healthier lifestyle every day.Owing to growth and success, we are expanding our digital team and are currently recruiting a Digital Growth Manager for our Southern European business. Within this brand new role, the person will report to our Global Digital Director, also based in London, and will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic planning and execution of all digital initiatives to generate Acquisition, Retention and Customer Lifetime Value whilst also driving efficiency scale across the business.The Digital Growth Manager will be someone extremely passionate and knowledgeable about digital acquisition across the full funnel. On a day to day basis, you will own the Digital Customer Journey, partnering with the regional marketing team to optimise integrated campaigns across multiple countries with a strong Media Planning Strategy. Implementing PPC, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Programmatic and Paid Social activity, you will manage a significant budget and bidding strategies to maximise efficiencies. You will own the localisation of CRM (Email, SMS, Push Notification) and increase marketing automation such as integrations via Google Ads and API. You will build and implement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify and other ad platforms ensuring we can maximise our PPC quality whilst reducing overall CPC. The role will ensure constant optimization, monitoring and reduction of CPA alongside of managing report dashboards to reflect CAC/LTV and changing cohorts. This role will be responsible for exploring and testing new channels (podcast, Affiliates etc) and growth tactics whilst also measuring A/B Tests across campaigns and product launches.Preferred candidates will be graduates with significant experience in this exact digital space across a B2C environment (this is essential).You will be flexible across technologies and possess a deep curiosity to learn, with fervent determination to come up with solutions to deliver, and effectively implement initiatives in the Northern European region. The person in this role must be comfortable with reporting and handling analytics whilst also experienced in tracking and measuring digital campaign effectiveness. This is a highly hands on role which will focus on reducing agency reliance significantly.Candidates must be fluent in English, Italian at perferably one other European language and hold a strong understanding of the Southern European regionDigital at Juice Plus+ is a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires thinking critically to tackle complex challenges.
