Digital Engagement SpecialistLocation: LondonLength: 4 monthsRate: £294-322 per day (inside IR35)Hours: 9am6pm The role requires excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Being a highly collaborative team player who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.Key responsibilities: Ensure strong air traffic control across global channels, managing the teams news grid Create global news content to ensure that we have a steady drumbeat news, representing our clients strategic priorities across all parts of the business Actively moderate conversations content on Yammer Provide advice for leaders and colleagues globally on how to maximise engagement using internal social media Encourage and support creation of impactful user-generated content for internal channels In partnership with the Head of Digital Channels and Experience, drive adoption campaigns to increase usage of internal social media Ensure embed of Brand through our digital channels Manage Mosaic on a day to day basis, ensuring that content is updated in line with the news grid Ability to support editing of key content produced by key stakeholders and wider team to ensure that it meets the highest of standards prior to being shared through global channels Ability to edit and film short videos in-house Partner with D&T to ensure our internal digital channels have the day-to-day support required to ensure a stable user-experience Partner with key third parties such as Microsoft, Poppulo and WM Reply to ensure we maximise value from these relationships in order to improve our offeringExperience: Experience of key digital channels utilised within our client, including Sharepoint, Poppulo, Yammer, MS Teams and Zoom Exceptional social media skills, ranging from the technical to what good looks like in terms of content Strong working knowledge of digital and social media to drive reach an impact Outstanding governance and management of global newsensuring robust processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify and lead third parties, ensuring that we get the best out of our agency relationships Excellent stakeholder and project management skills Proven experience operating within agile, cross-functional teams (ideally globally) Excellent relational, influencing and interpersonal skillsInterested Please apply today!
