Job Description

  • A Digital & eCommerce Project Manager for a multi-national confectionery company.
  • This role will be focusing on implementing the project plans.
Client DetailsThe client is a multi-national confectionery company.DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Digital & eCommerce Project Manager are:
  • Develop Digital and eCommerce project operating plan according to project scope, objectives and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables.
  • Define and delivery the Digital and eCommerce strategy.
  • Cascade the Digital and eCommerce project plan for the different streams to stream leaders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases.
  • Complete requirements gathering, gap analysis, business prioritisation and impact assessments.
  • Ensures the implementation of Digital and eCommerce projects according to the project plans.
  • Facilitate the required change management to move from project to process.
  • Monitors the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings.
  • Check project objectives feasibility and recommend proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues.
  • Collect information on Digital and eCommerce project costs and benefits.
  • Provides a monthly consolidation of information vs budget / plans, giving visibility to all stakeholders involved.
ProfileThe successful Digital & eCommerce Project Manager will have:
  • Commerciality: Understanding of change impact on commercial objectives.
  • Change management: Business transition inc. re-platform & new service delivery.
  • Systems: Experience in Google analytics, SAP Commerce Cloud & Elucid Order Management System.
  • Project management: Tools & methodologies (eg. AGILE, PRINCE2, SCRUM, Jira).
  • Integration: Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders through Digital and eCommerce change.
