An talented Digital Designer is required to join a friendly and supportive in-house studio. Reporting to the Head of Design, youll be responsible for the look and feel of all digital channels, for a multi-channel retailer. Youll also help to contributeto the conceptual development of the overall company campaign creative. Candidates will need to demonstrate proven experience as a digital designer, preferably gained within retail or a similar fast paced environment. You will design engaging visual contentfor the companys website, as well as emails, digital marketing and social media. Creating designs that work cross browsers and devices to improve the overall customer experience. You will work closely with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure thatthe brand identity is maintained and consistent. Were looking for a creative thinker, with originality, imagination and a strong visual sense. Youll need a good understanding of typography, layout and grid structures and a keen eye for detail. The idealcandidate will be a positive, reliable team player with a "can do" approach. Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines is essential. You will enjoy keeping abreast of the latest design trendsand competitor campaigns and be confident to bring ideas forward and change things up when required. Ess skills: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with image retouching and video editing skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design. Experienceof working with e-commerce platforms (ideally Big Commerce).NB This role is hybrid and requires candidates to work 3 days in the studio and 2 remotely.
