Role OverviewYou will devise the concepts and strategies for particular Marketing campaigns and implement the creative across different assets and channels, agnostic of business and service line. You will be working on animated gifs, paid social assets, banners, website assets, videos and much much more! The work is fast-paced and varied and with that comes the chance to be part of an 80-strong Marketing department, all looking to create exciting campaignsand marketing for Savills.You will collaborate with the Senior Digital Designer in pushing creative boundaries and evolving the skill set of the team.Key SkillsWhat we need from you: To act as an ambassador for the new Creative Services Team model, to challenge constructively established ways-of-working and look for more efficient and more effective ways of delivering creative excellence Photoshop, After Effect and Premiere Pro experience with HTML Motion graphics, Adobe XD & animation experience advantageous 2-3 years experience in either in-house or agency teams. Great eye for digital design Organisation and communications skills key. Utilising to its full capacity Monday.com to support workflow management, prioritisation and approvals Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to delivery. Strong attention to detail. To be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to campaign and brand guidelines. Imagination, enthusiasm, flexibility.
