Digital DesignerRole Overview:As Digital Designer, you will work across a number of our key clients, working as part of a core project team to deliver pixel-perfect digital creative. You will work closely with the Full-time Digital Designer and allocate design tasks as a team, to ensuredeadlines are met. The in-house design team report into the Director. Key areas of work:*Report/white paper design (Indd/ai)*Social media asset design (ai)*Presentation design (PPT)Role responsibilities and competencies of the position:*Excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of personal responsibility and high-quality standards*A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding digital design*Proficiency working with the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/XD)*Figma or Sketch are a bonus*Solid UI design skills and an understanding of responsive web design and designing using grid systems*A solid understanding of designing for lead generation and conversion optimisation*A great work ethic and ability to work in collaboration with others*An ambition to deliver award-winning work*The ability to foster great professional relationships with clients*A natural interest in our mission to accelerate positive impact - for people and planet*Strong communication skills*Excellent self-management skills (time management, personal accountability etc.)*We encourage hybrid working but access to our London office is preferredSkills:*HTML and CSS skills are desirable but not essential.*Report/white paper design (Indd/ai)*Social media asset design (ai)*Presentation design (PPT)*A good understanding of UX principles and experience developing sitemaps, wireframes, user flows and prototypes to communicate interactionMay & Stephens Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
